​Setup

​

The space is a 'blank canvas' where you come and create your vision.

 

The hire includes access to tables and chairs for 100. Only limited furniture and equipment is included and must be arranged/setup by the hirer. Any additional furniture and equipment is at the hirers expense.

 

Various additional furniture and decoration items can be hired from us, with details below.

Capacity

​

Our space can cater for up to 100 guests seated and 150 standing.

​

Size

​

The main hall space measures 13m x 11m. We also have a separate room measuring 4m x 2.3, and a deck 12m x 2.5m.

​

AV

​

Includes free wifi, 2 x wireless microphones, speakers (including Bluetooth and USB-C connection for playing music), and a 70" TV with Chromecast and HDMI.

​

Accessibility

​

Access is via a ramp. We have an accessible bathroom with appropriate toilet, rails, basin and shower.

​

Catering

​

Flexible for self catering in our prep kitchen, with an oven and food warmers available for use. Cutlery and crockery is included for use.

 

You can also supply your own caterers, or we can assist you with recommendations for food trucks for catering. A commercial dishwasher is available only when the bar is in operation.

​

Alcohol/Bar

​

A licenced bar is available for functions upon request. There is no BYO alcohol. Where a bar is required, we provide bar staff for the service of beer, wine, spirits, cocktails and soft beverages.

 

An $800 minimum spend applies where the bar is opened. We accept cash and credit card. A bar tab may be setup or customised to your needs.

​

Note from photos that decorating is not included and must be organised separately. Ask us for contact details for our preferred decorator. Please read our FAQs and T&Cs regarding decoration affixing and damage.

Event restrictions

​

All events must adhere to noise guidelines and be completed by 11pm. At our discretion (for higher risk events) we may require your event to utilise our on-site security guards.

Please Note

​

​All rubbish must be taken with you after your hire. The bar will handle its own rubbish. Basic cleaning of the hall is expected of the hirer - leave the hall the way you found it. An end of hire checklist is provided to ensure you leave the hall as required.

​​

During the period of your hire the Eastern shed may be occupied for the purposes of teaching music. The shed is well sound insulated and should not impact on the enjoyment of the hire.

OTHER HIRE ITEMS - ADVANCE NOTICE REQUIRED

• Dry (standing) bar tables available for $15 each, or $10 if you supply your own covers. Must have covers.

• Lycra white chair covers available for hire at $1 each self wash or $2 each if we wash.

• White cotton table cloths available for $4 each self wash or $8 each if we wash.

• Fuel gels for use with food warmers (bain maries) available for $3 each. Bain marie will not work without fuel cell for heat.​

• Stage 2.4m x 2.4m or 1.2m x4.8m with stairs and skirting available setup for $75.

• Pipe band available for your function upon request (pending availability).
